The next session of the Tax & VAT Working Group will take place on

Topic: Requirements for economic substance, permanent establishment and physical presence for direct tax purposes

The session topic lends itself to open discussion. Participants are therefore welcome to share their experience.
We also expect that 1 hour will not be enough to cover all aspects of this topic. We will therefore organize a second session to follow up on open questions and issues that could not be covered in the session on 25 October.
