1. Sharing of M&A Opportunities and Projects by Members

This session will provide members with the opportunity to share M&A business opportunities, current projects, and potential areas for collaboration.

Do you have an opportunity, project, or mandate that you would like to present to fellow members? We warmly encourage you to share it during the session. Please also feel free to let us know in advance so that we can plan the agenda accordingly.

2. Update on the YON Platform

As individual discussions with the founder of the YON platform have been taking place, we will provide a brief update on recent developments, progress made, and potential opportunities for collaboration.

3. Future Sessions: Highlighting Members' Expertise and Best Practices

The setting of our M&A Collaboration Group also provides an excellent forum for members to shine a light on their firms, areas of specialisation, and core M&A expertise. Members are encouraged to discuss recent transactions, share completed projects, and exchange practical insights from their day-to-day work.

We would be pleased to offer members the opportunity at future meetings to briefly introduce their firms, present noteworthy projects, or share experiences and best practices from the M&A field. By learning more about each other's strengths and areas of expertise, members can identify new opportunities for collaboration and gain valuable insights from their peers.
