Launch of M&A Collaboration Group

This initiative was proposed at the Milan Meeting with the goal of fostering closer collaboration among members in the field of M&A and transactions. By providing regular opportunities for connection, we aim to identify new opportunities for cooperation, share expertise, and uncover new potential business ventures that could benefit our members.
About the session:
1. Introducing the M&A Collaboration Group:
The session will begin with an introduction to the M&A Collaboration Group, where we will outline the group’s goals and discuss how members can get involved. We will explore potential opportunities for collaboration, and discuss how the group might function—whether by exchanging business opportunities, sharing insights on past transactions, or both.
2. Benchmark International: M&A Platform
For our first session, we are
excited to be joined by the M&A specialists of Benchmark International.
Michiel
Jonkman (Managing Partner) and Darren Kearney (Managing Director) will present their platform for M&A opportunities and will offer insights
into how it can benefit EuropeFides members. The presentation will include a demonstration
of the platform and features and sharing examples of successful transactions
facilitated through their system.
3. Planning future
meetings of the M&A Group:
You have a topic, business opportunity or example of a
past transaction you would like to share with the members? This group will thrive on the active
participation of its members.
We want to keep the momentum going and warmly encourage members to contribute
and engage in the next sessions.
