Following a great first session, we will continue our discussions on potential opportunities and ways to strengthen collaboration among members in the M&A space.

In our next session, we will focus on business opportunities of our members:

• Epyon (Italy) will introduce one of their clients, which is actively looking for acquisition targets across Europe.
• Epyon will also present their M&A Business Unit, with a focus on their need for acquisition targets in the IT sector.
• CNK Associés (France) will share insights into acquisition cases for distressed companies and companies undergoing restructuring.
• Open call for member contributions – if you have a specific opportunity, need, or case study to present, please let us know so we can add it to the agenda.
• Discussion on tools to organize and track M&A opportunities within the group.
• How to gather & share opportunities including the possibility of launching a newsletter.
