Session Topic: Cross-Border Transactions
Summary:
We all engage in cross-border transactions, small or large scale, almost on an everyday basis. We may often encounter practices, formalities, procedures and generally elements of foreign law, as part of cross-border transactions and there are instances where it is important to be aware of and demonstrate awareness in relation to such elements.
Join our upcoming session to share your experiences from your own practice areas and jurisdictions and shed light to our understanding of common transactional practices in your country.
Members are strongly encouraged to actively join the discussion and share their experiences and thoughts on this topic. As a guide, they can focus on the following topics which shall be addressed by members of the Group, or any other matter they consider helpful, or they feel comfortable talking about.
