Our hosts of LE YU Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd have put together an exciting programme for accompanying persons.

Thursday, 23 October 2025 
Morning:
  8:45 -   9:00 AM:   Meeting in hotel lobby; bus departs at 9:00 AM
  9:00 - 11:30 AM:   Light Sightseeing Programme: Visit to Singapore Botanic Gardens
12:00 -   1:00 PM:   Lunch at the hotel restaurant Basilico, Level 2

Please note the change in the afternoon and evening programme for the delegates, which also affects accompanying persons: 
The Business Matching session of the delegates will already take place at Mandala Club, where we will later also have the networking drinks and dinner. Therefore, delegates will leave the hotel already at 4:15 PM by bus to go to Mandala Club. 
Accompanying persons are welcome to join the delegate bus to the venue at 4:15 PM. 
Alternatively, they can also come directly to Mandala Club later to join us for the networking drinks or for dinner at 7:00 PM.  Please mention "EUROPEFIDES" at the entrance of Mandala Club.

  6:15  -  7:00 PM:   Networking Drinks at Mandala Club
  7:00  -  9:00 PM:   Dinner at Mandala Club

  6:30 -  7:00 PM:    Departure by Bus for Dinner 
 7:00 - 10:00 PM:    Dinner at Restaurant Fu Yuan - 3A River Valley Road, #01-01C/01D Clarke Quay, Singapore 179020
10:00 -10:30 PM:    Return to hotel by bus
