As Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors gain prominence in global business practices, they are becoming increasingly relevant across various sectors, including tax, legal, and audit advisory services. Clients are seeking guidance on integrating ESG considerations into their strategies to mitigate risks, enhance resilience, and seize opportunities for sustainable growth.

Following the fruitful discussions in Liechtenstein, members agreed that this topic lends itself for further collaboration, and sharing and establishing best practices.

By staying informed and equipped with the knowledge and tools to navigate the evolving ESG landscape, our members can position themselves as trusted advisors and leaders in their respective fields.

We therefore want to establish a working group for members interested in exchanging regularly on ESG and building expertise.

Amongst other things, the working group will work on three key aspects:

  • Understanding ESG fundamentals and regulatory frameworks

  • Advising clients on ESG and how to structure their businesses around it

  • Auditing ESG

The kick-off meeting aims to gather initial ideas, identify prominent issues, and assess existing expertise among participants.

We will also follow up on this initiative at our General Meeting in Marbella in March and future online meetings.
