Our guest speaker Dr. Ni Jianlin will share insights on the following aspects:

About the Speaker:
Dr. Ni Jianlin is Partner at Dacheng Law Offices and an expert in international trade law, anti-dumping, trade compliance, cross-border M&A, foreign direct investment, and international commercial dispute resolution. He received his LLM degree from Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade and his J.D. degree from the University of International Business and Economics.
He worked for
the Shanghai Foreign Economic and Trade Commission, King & Wood Mallesons, Hao Liwen & Partners, and Rongfu Law Firm (as Senior Partner). He has represented dozens of domestic companies in foreign anti-dumping and countervailing investigations and large trading companies in export control and economic sanctions compliance. He has also delivered over 100 public lectures on various topics related to international trade compliance, RCEP, free trade zones, "One Belt, One Road," and cross-border investment.
Amongst other things, Mr
. Ni is now also part-time government legal advisor of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, the director of the International Law Practice Research Committee of Shanghai Law Association, and an expert of the legal advisory pool of Shanghai Free Trade Zone Administrative Committee.
