1. Newest policy developments and progress in Asia: 
In the first half of the session, our members from South Korea, China, Hong Kong and Singapore will share updates on policy changes and progress of the first half of 2024. Topics will include updates on

- political, social, legal and taxation changes in South Korea,
- new company law for foreign investors in China
- Government Work Report 2024 (simplifications for foreign investments in China)
- guidelines for life and work of foreigners in China,
- updates on ESG rules and China strategies to attract foreign investments

2. Roundtable Discussion: Green innovation in Asia: promoting sustainable development
In the second half of the session, we will explore strategies to promote green innovation while also driving economic growth in the region and will discuss challenges and opportunities arising for businesses.
