Founded in 2004 by Mr. Frank Ginster and Mr. Armin Theis the firm now has 40 employees in Brühl, near Cologne. The firm´s focus is on the provision of tax structuring services, support for tax audits as well as assistance with tax inquiries and penal proceedings relating to tax fraud and other tax offences.

In Germany, the firm´s highly professional and qualified personnel assist their clients in the areas of financial accounting, payroll administration, preparation of balance sheets and tax returns, national and international tax consultancy, private asset planning, business consultancy, rating-advisory as well as consultancy in cases of financial restructuring and/or insolvency.

Internationally, the firm has - for years - been co-operating with a large number of colleagues who are located in the member states of the European Union.
