bdp (Bormann, Demant & Partners) was founded in 1992 in Hamburg. The Berlin office was opened the same year and Rostock and Schwerin followed soon thereafter. Today bdp comprises 11 partners and more than 100 colleagues, 30 of which practise business management consulting with bdp Venturis Management Consultants in Berlin, Hamburg, and Dresden.
The activities of bdp are carried out nationwide using the latest business thinking in the areas of reorganization and restructuring, often advising the interim "hands-on" management teams in financial consulting companies and in M&A situations. Assistance with International invoicing is also included as part of our service offering in addition to our on-site client accounting services.
