The Republic of Belarus (or White Russia) is an independent central European State, characterised by rich natural resources, a very long history, unique traditions and great development possibilities.

According to the Doing Business 2011 Report, Belarus has improved its position from the 115th position in 2008 to the 58th among 183 countries mentioned in the research for its sustained reforms of business activities simplification. Country's trade policies allow all foreigners to work in all forms and in all areas as long as there is no conflict with the Belarusian economy.
