We are
a team of German and American Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Rechtsanwälte, Attorneys und Certified Public Accountants (CPA) advising German businesses and foundations in their U.S. operations. We offer comprehensive accounting, tax support and tax return services for Germans living and/or investing in the United States and for American expatriates living in Germany.

Our Services
cover the complete spectrum of a German and an American certified public accounting (CPA) and tax consulting practice, including the formation of subsidiaries. We advise on American, German and international tax law. We represent our clients in tax audits, tax controversies and federal as well as state voluntary disclosure agreement proceedings (VDA). We vigorously defend our clients´ interests in the Tax Amnesty 2009 and 2011 proceedings (Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Initiative - OVDI). In accounting matters, we audit, review and compile financial statements in accordance with German, U.S. and international accounting and auditing standards. We assist clients in the conversion of U.S.-GAAP financial statements to German accounting (HB II) or tax financial statements. Of course, we also provide financial as well as tax accounting in accordance with German law.

Our Team
includes one tax lawyer, three auditors (Wirtschaftsprüfer) licensed in Germany, two of whom are also tax consultants (Steuerberater), one German attorney (Rechtsanwalt) and six Certified Public Accountants (CPA) licensed in New York, California, and five additional U.S. states.
